La Empresa podrá abrir cuentas corrientes sin depósito de garantía a aquellas personas o entidades de reconocida solvencia y honorabilidad que soliciten este servicio. Las solicitudes podrán presentarse en papel común y serán resueltas por el Gerente, o su representante en cada lugar, previa certificación bancaria sobre solvencia y honorabilidad del peticionario.
