°. Causales de incumplimiento de los centros de conciliación y/o arbitraje. Para efectos de las investigaciones que adelante el Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia a los centros de conciliación y/o arbitraje, en virtud de sus atribuciones de control, inspección y vigilancia se entiende que existe una falta sancionable cuando se incumplen las obligaciones señaladas por las leyes y sus reglamentos, en los términos precisados en ellos.
