Articulo 8°. Para establecer el valor comercial del inmueble sobre el cual se hayan constituido o proyecten constituirse gravámenes hipotecarios conforme a 1o previsto en el Artículo Séptimo de la Ley 66 de 1968, podrá el Superintendente Bancario solicitar del interesado las informaciones pertinentes y acudir, si fuere menester, a entidades públicas o privadas, o al dictamen de un perito cuyos honorarios serán pagados por el peticionario.
