º. Del ejercicio profesional. Para ejercer válidamente dentro del territorio nacional, las profesiones agronómicas y forestales se requiere acreditar el cumplimiento de los siguientes requisitos

La formación e idoneidad profesional mediante la presentación del respectivo título, reconocido conforme a la ley, y

Obtener la matrícula profesional expedida por el Consejo Profesional Nacional de Profesiones Agronómicas y Forestales, en los términos establecidos en los artículos anteriores. CAPITULO II. De los Consejos Profesionales de las Profesiones Agronómicas y Forestales
