Artículo único . El Ministerio de Educación sólo distribuirá material informativo y elementos gimnásticos deportivos a los planteles oficiales y privados de enseñanza primaria, media, superior y universitaria, que gocen de aprobación oficial, y a las instituciones deportivas recreacionales reconocidas por el Estado.

Parágrafo

Lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto se hace extensivo a las entregas de elementos deportivos efectuadas antes de la fecha de su expedición. Comuníquese y cúmplase
