El auxilio a que se refiere esta Ley, será entregado, para su inversión, al Instituto de Aguas y Fomento Eléctrico, quien a su vez podrá delegar en la Cooperativa de Municipalidades de Antioquia o en la Electrificadora de Antioquia S. A., el estudio y ejecución de la obra mencionada.
