Todo plan de pensiones que sea sometido a consideración de la Superintendencia Bancaria para su aprobación, deberá amparar a los afiliados y pensionados contra todos los riesgos a que hace referencia esta Ley, y señalar las condiciones específicas de cada amparo. Los planes aprobados no podrán modificarse posteriormente desmejorando cualquiera de las condiciones establecidas anteriormente.
