Pérdida de curso o exámenes para ascenso. Cuando al terminar un curso de capacitación o una serie de exámenes de competencia para ascenso, el oficial o suboficial dejare de aprobar tres (3) o más materias, se considerará que ha sido reprobado. También se considerarán perdidos el curso o los exámenes para ascenso, cuando el oficial o suboficial, habiendo perdido solamente una o dos (2) materias, dejare de aprobar cualquiera de ellas en el examen de habilitación.
