Las Personas Que Deseen Formar Una Sociedad Corredora De Seguros Deberán Presentar Ante El Superintendente Bancario, Para Su Aprobación, Los Siguientes Documentos: 1

º Las personas que deseen formar una sociedad Corredora de Seguros deberán presentar ante el Superintendente Bancario, para su aprobación, los siguientes documentos

El proyecto de sus estatutos;

El proyecto de organización técnica y contable, con sujeción a las normas que para tal efecto dicte el Superintendente;

Lista de los socios, con la manifestación expresa de no encontrarse en ninguno de los casos de inhabilidad contemplados en este Decreto;

Prueba de la idoneidad de sus socios gestores y administradores, en la forma que establezca la Superintendencia Bancaria.
