Artículo único. Desde el día 6 del presente mes será libre la acuñación por cuenta de particulares en las Casas de Moneda, de piezas de plata de a 50 centavos de la ley de 0,500, mediante la deducción a favor del Tesoro del sesenta por ciento de la utilidad líquida de la operación.
