° El artículo 2.1.2.2.15 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero quedará así: " Artículo 2.1.2.2.15 . Sanción por incumplimiento. La Superintendencia Bancaria impondrá a las Corporaciones Financieras que presenten defectos en las inversiones de capital una multa equivalente al uno por ciento (1%) del valor del defecto, la cual se continuará liquidando en forma mensual durante los primeros seis meses, mientras el mismo persista. Si el incumplimiento del requerido de inversión se prolonga por más de seis meses la multa mensual antes señalada se incrementará al dos por ciento (2%) sobre el valor del defecto".
