Art. 197. La tesoreria general formará al fin de cada mes un estado en que se esprese cada una de las partidas de dinero de que se haya hecho cargo, la oficina de que proceden, la fecha del oficio remisorio, i la del dia en que se haya recibido; en la data se espresarán las cantidades que haya remitido a las factorías u otras oficinas en virtud de ordenes de la Dirección, i la existencia que quede al fin del mes. Este estado se remitirá a la Direccion el dia 2 del mes siguiente al en que se haya formado, con el visto bueno del Contador general mayor.
