La Medalla de 20 años de Servicio continuo o discontinuo como Oficial o Suboficial, será de plata quemada suspendida de una cinta de cuarenta (40) milímetros de ancho, la que tendrá tres (3) franjas de color azul oscuro y dos (2) franjas de color amurillo quemado alternadas; las franjas azules de diez (10) milímetros de ancho, las de los extremos y de dos (2) milímetros la del centro y las amarillas de nueve (9) milímetros.
