° El Jefe de esta Colonia será el mismo que ejerce las funciones de Intendente nacional en la mencionada región, y tendrá para la custodia y seguridad de los individuos que se le envíen como confiados, un Oficial y veinte soldados, los cuales estarán bajo su inmediata dependencia.
