Responsabilidad de los notarios. . Los notarios públicos ente quienes se otorguen las escrituras públicas de venta de vivienda nueva que no exijan la protocolización de la copia de la póliza de seguro de que trata este Decreto, estarán sujetos a las sanciones que contemplan las disposiciones legales pertinentes.
