Artículo único. Exonérase al señor José Miguel Figueroa i a hipotecaria que por $ 2,000 había constituido en seguridad del manejo del Fiel de la Casa de moneda de Bogotá en los años de 1872 a 1876, i cancélese por quien corresponda la escritura respectiva. Los productos que se obtengan de la elaboración de las tierras metálicas pertenecientes a aquellos mismos años, se aplicarán al pago de los saldos que resulten contra dicho Fiel en el tiempo espresado.
