Aplazamiento de la audiencia. Si las pruebas pudieren practicarse por circunstancia ocurrida, ajena a quien las hubiere solicitado oportunamente, podrá el Senado, a petición de la misma parte, señalar nueva fecha para la celebración de la audiencia pública que no podrá exceder de veinte (20) días.
