La corte Electoral estará integrada por el más antiguo ex - Presidente de la República, en capacidad de ejercer las funciones señaladas a los miembros de este organismo; por los dos Magistrados más antiguos de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, de diferente filiación política; por el Rector de la Universidad Nacional y por el Gerente del Banco de la República.
