Art. 17. Del producto de la venta de los efectos decomisados se pagará un veinte por ciento al denunciante i un veinte por ciento al aprehensor; i si este i aquel fueren uno mismo, se le pagará un treinta por ciento. Un diez por ciento para los gastos de justicia, i el resto quedará a favor del tesoro nacional. Si el denunciante aprehende los aparatos i útiles de clandestina elaboración i descubre el sitio donde se ejecuta, se le pagará el cincuenta por ciento.

Cedese a favor de los distritos el cincuenta por ciento del valor de los objetos que se aprehendan los empleados de él.
