De la protección de la información y de los datos. El Ministerio de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones o el organismo administrador del SECOP que designe el Gobierno Nacional, establecerá mecanismos para garantizar el respeto al derecho fundamental a la intimidad personal y familiar, a la información privada, a su buen nombre y, en general, al derecho constitucional del hábeas data en el SECOP.
