Art. 229. Lo alumnos de la Escuela serán divididos en dos grupos, así: los que signa los cursos preparatorios (1º y 2º año) y los que sigan los cursos profesionales (3º, 4º y 5º año). Los alumnos del segundo grupo al matricularse se comprometen a terminar su carrera y obtener diploma en el Instituto, a menos de inconveniente grave cuya apreciación pertenece á la Junta Directiva. La infracción de este compromiso puede ser castigada con expulsión, á juicio de la Junta.
