De la concesión de la licencia. Cuando el concepto sea favorable, la Dirección Seccional de Salud mediante resolución motivada concederá licencia sanitaria de funcionamiento. Si el concepto es desfavorable se negará la expedición de la licencia sanitaria de funcionamiento también mediante resolución motivada.
