ARTICULO 51 . FOMENTO A LAS COOPERATIVAS U OTRAS FORMAS ASOCIATIVAS Y SOLIDARIAS ENTRE SERVIDORES PUBLICOS.- El Ministerio de Transporte desarrollará y ejecutará un programa de capacitación y apoyo a las cooperativas u otras formas asociativas y solidarias que se constituyan entre servidores públicos del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transporte que sean desvinculados como consecuencia de la reestructuración establecida en el presente decreto, con el propósito de fomentar la participación de estas cooperativas o formas asociativas y solidarias en la contratación de las obras de infraestructura a cargo del Ministerio de Transporte.
