Dirección de la actuación. Las órdenes para hacer comparecer a los testigos, o para que se den los documentos o copias que se soliciten, las dará el Senado, cuando se haya reservado la instrucción de la actuación. Cuando la actuación se instruyere por Comisión, ella expedirá dichas órdenes por medio del Secretario del Senado.
