Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en los tratados y convenios internacionales sobre cooperación judicial, los jueces colombianos deberán diligenciar los exhortos sobre pruebas decretadas por funcionarios extranjeros del orden jurisdiccional o de tribunales de arbitramento, y las notificaciones, requerimientos y actos similares ordenados por aquellos, siempre que no se opongan a las leyes u otras disposiciones nacionales de orden público.
