Notificación demandas. En las demandas que se ventilen ante la jurisdicción ordinaria, laboral y Contencioso Administrativa, que le interesen a la Policía Nacional, la admisión de las mismas deberá ser notificada personalmente al Director General de la Policía Nacional, quien en dicho acto podrá constituir apoderado sin perjuicio de las funciones que correspondan a los Agentes del Ministerio Público.
