ART 124. El censo perece por la destrucción completa de la finca censida, entendiéndose por destrucción completa la que hace desaparecer totalmente su suelo.

Reapareciendo el suelo, aunque sólo en parte revivirá todo el censo; pero nada se deberá por pensiones del tiempo intermedio.

El censatario, con todo, se descargará de la obligación de continuar reconociendo el censo, en el caso del anterior inciso, poniendo la finca á disposición del censualista.
