También tendrán derecho los trabajadores de que trata el artículo anterior, a pensión de jubilación mensual vitalicia, en cualquier tiempo que fueren separados, por razón de accidentes de trabajo, o enfermedad con traída por causa de servicio y en forma que los incapacite absolutamente para continuar trabajando.

La pensión de jubilación vitalicia a que se refiere el inciso anterior, será del setenta por ciento (70%) del jornal o sueldo que estuviere devengando el obrero en el momento del retiro.
