Término para la corrección de actuaciones. Cuando de conformidad con las normas establecidas en el presente capítulo, el fiscal delegado deba ajustar su actuación para adecuarla a la Ley 1592 de 2012 y al presente decreto, este contará con un término adicional equivalente al término ordinario para realizar la actuación que corresponda.
