ARTICULO 3.2.1.0.2 . - CONTROL Y VIGILANCIA. De acuerdo con el artículo 1348 del código de comercio, las sociedades que se dediquen al corretaje de seguros estarán sometidas al control y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria, y deberán tener un capital mínimo y una organización técnica y contable, con sujeción a las normas que dicte al efecto la misma Superintendencia.
