Adición del artículo 2.4.1.4.9 al Capítulo 4 del Título 1 de la Parte 4 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1080 de 2015, Único Reglamentario del Sector Cultura, el cual quedará así: Artículo 2.4.1.4.9. Los actos de englobe o desenglobe que involucren bienes de interés cultural deberán ser autorizados por la autoridad que haya efectuado la declaratoria.
