Toda Sociedad Anónima está obligada a presentar al Superintendente, por lo menos una vez al año, un balance general de sus negocios.

Las Compañías Anónimas que tengan un capital suscrito de ciento cincuenta mil pesos ($ 150.000 ) o más, presentaran estos balances semestralmente.
