Articulo 147. De las atribuciones del investigador. Corresponderá al funcionario investigador

Practicar todas las pruebas conducentes a esclarecer la verdad sobre los hechos;

Poner en conocimiento del funcionario acusado los cargos que se le formulan:

Oír al funcionario inculpado en declaración de descargos;

Solicitar al jefe del organismo o entidad la suspensión preventiva del funcional lo inculpado, cuando se trate de la investigación de hechos que puedan llegar a constituir faltas graves.
