En sus estatutos las asociaciones podrán establecer un sistema de sanciones cuando los miembros incumplan sus obligaciones o contravengan los reglamentos, las cuales podrán consistir en multas y suspensión hasta por un término de dos (2) meses. De todas manera deberá señalarse un procedimiento para la aplicación de las sanciones en el que estará prevista la oportunidad para que el miembro respectivo haga sus descargas. CAPITULOVI.
