LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 34. La vivienda adquirida o construida por intermedio de la Caja de Vivienda Militar estará exenta de impuestos, nacionales, departamentales y municipales, durante el tiempo que permanezca gravada a favor de la misma Caja.
