Artículo séptimo . Cuando las resoluciones que expide el Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico, en ejecución de lo previsto en el artículo 2º del presente Decreto, así lo contemplen la empresa ensambladora, deberá celebrar contratos de exportación con el Incomex, en virtud de los cuales se establezcan mecanismos de compensación a sus importaciones.
