º. Régimen jurídico de la liquidación . La liquidación de la Corporación Social de la Superintendencia de Sociedades, Corporanónimas en liquidación, se adelantará dentro del marco de la Ley 100 de 1993 y de conformidad con lo previsto en el Decreto 1695 de 1997, en el presente decreto, y en general, en las normas legales, reglamentarias y estatutarias, las vigentes sobre la materia y garantizando el funcionamiento de la entidad durante el proceso liquidatorio.
