Autorizase al Gobierno para pagar al señor Abel Calderón S. los sueldos que se le desconocieron cunado dicho señor desempeñó el cargo de Comandante del vapor Nariño, así como para indemnizarlo de los perjuicios que recibió cuando hizo parte de la Comisión Colonizadora de la Amazonía Colombiana, y para recompensarlo por sus oportunos servicios cuando recibieron los territorios del Sur.
