ARTICULO 446 . Traslado para preparación de la audiencia . Al día siguiente de recibido el proceso, previa constancia secretarial, el expediente quedará a disposición común de los sujetos procesales por el término de treinta días hábiles, para preparar la audiencia pública, solicitar las nulidades que se hayan originado en la etapa de instrucción que no se hayan resuelto y las pruebas que sean conducentes.
