Cada laboratorio seccional tendrá el siguiente personal, con las asignaciones que se indican: Un Jefe del Laboratorio, bacteriólogo, con$200Un Subjefe, químico, con150Un ayudante, con70Un Sirviente, con40Parágrafo. Para que puedan establecerse estos laboratorios, los Departamentos suministraran locales adecuados y los dotaran de agua, luz y teléfono, en las ciudades en donde existan estos servicios.
