º . Para la vigencia de 2009, la remuneración que por todo concepto perciba el Juez Penal del Circuito Especializado, el Coordinador de Juzgado Penal del Circuito Especializado y el Fiscal Delegado ante Juez Penal de Circuito Especializado será igual al cuarenta y siete punto siete por ciento (47.7%) del valor correspondiente al setenta por ciento (70%) de lo que por todo concepto perciba anualmente el Magistrado de las Altas Cortes. A partir del 2010, y con carácter permanente, dicha remuneración será equivalente al cuarenta y siete punto nueve por ciento (47.9%) del valor correspondiente al setenta por ciento (70%) de lo que por todo concepto perciba anualmente el Magistrado de las Altas Cortes.
