°. Provisión de empleos. La provisión de los empleos creados en el artículo 2° del presente Decreto, deberá hacerse de acuerdo con lo establecido en la Ley 1960 de 2019 y las disposiciones vigentes sobre la materia. En todo caso, la provisión de los mismos deberá hacerse de conformidad con las disponibilidades presupuestales y hasta la concurrencia de las respectivas apropiaciones.
