Lo cultivado por colonos que no hayan reconocido vínculo de dependencia del propietario, no se tomará en cuenta para los efectos de demostrar la explotación económica de un fundo. Al quedar en firme la resolución que declara extinguido el dominio, el Instituto podrá adjudicar a tales colonos las porciones que les correspondan conforme a las normas sobre valdíos vigentes a la fecha de su establecimiento
