Toda nueva edificación o reforma que se verifique dentro de tal perímetro en desacuerdo con las disposiciones anteriores, será suspendida inmediatamente por la Alcaldía, y quien la realice o haya realizado será obligado a demoler lo hecho y a reconstruirlo de acuerdo con las disposiciones de esta Ley, bajo multas sucesivas de $ 50.00 a $ 100.00, que impondrá la Alcaldía de la ciudad, ya fuere de oficio o a petición de cualquier ciudadano.
