ORGANIZACION. El Tribunal Superior Militar estará integrado por el comandante general de las Fuerzas Militares, quien será su presidente; quince magistrados; diez fiscales comunes a las salas y el personal subalterno que señale la ley.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno Nacional podrá aumentar el número de magistrados, fiscales y personal subalterno, cuando las necesidades del servicio lo exijan.
