Vigencia de la lista de elegibles. La lista de elegibles tendrá vigencia de dos (2) años y podrá prorrogarse hasta por un término igual por la Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil a solicitud del DAPRE. Durante este término podrá ser utilizada para proveer vacantes en el mismo cargo o en otros iguales, similares o de inferior jerarquía, siempre y cuando en el concurso se hubieren evaluado las competencias laborales requeridas para el ejercicio de dichos empleos y deberá recomponerse cada vez que sea utilizada o excluido alguno de los integrantes.
