DE LA PARTICIPACION ESPECIAL DEL GOBIERNO DEPARTAMENTAL EN ALGUNAS SOCIEDADES DE ECONOMIA MIXTA. En los estatutos de las sociedades de economía mixta que gocen de ventajas financieras o fiscales, o que tengan a su cargo el ejercicio de una función administrativa, se señalarán los actos que requieran para su validez el voto favorable de los representantes del Gobierno departamental.

Parágrafo

Esta disposición no se aplica a las sociedades o asociaciones en que participen entidades extranjeras o internacionales de carácter público.
