º El artículo cuarenta y cuatro (44) del Decreto 384 de 1985, quedará así: "La explotación de yacimientos de metales preciosos a cielo abierto deberá adoptar una tecnología ambiental que restituya las áreas del suelo y la vegetación afectadas por dicha explotación y que prevea, igualmente, el control posterior sobre el destino final de los desechos químicos y de roca".
