Artículo décimonoveno . De toda sentencia condenatoria, el Juez Penal Aduanero dará aviso al Instituto Colombiano de Comercio Exterior, al Instituto de Mercadeo Agropecuario y a la Dirección General de Aduanas, para que por estas entidades se proceda a aplicar las sanciones que prevean las disposiciones vigentes y para hacer efectiva la fianza de que trata el artículo 8 del presente Decreto.
