Para seguir funcionando, los organismos deportivos reconocidos por el Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte (Coldeportes) o las Juntas Administradoras Seccionales de Deportes con anterioridad a la expedición del presente decreto, deberán adecuar sus estatutos y reglamentos a las normas del presente decreto y, en el caso de las ligas y federaciones deportivas, tener además un número de afiliados no menor al exigido para su creación.
